These terms apply to purchases from waxindustries.com and, where applicable, purchases initiated through a Shopify-supported Agentic Storefront or other sales channel.

Products

We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Images and colours may vary because of lighting, packaging changes and display settings.

Product information, ingredients, directions and warnings supplied with a product form part of its description. Please read that information before use.

Stop using a product if irritation or another unexpected reaction occurs. Seek appropriate medical advice if necessary and contact us with the product name and batch number.

Our products are cosmetics. They are not medicines or substitutes for professional medical advice.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation or otherwise accept the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

• a product is unavailable;

• pricing or product information contains an obvious error;

• payment cannot be authorised;

• fraud or misuse is suspected;

• delivery is unavailable or legally restricted; or

• fulfilling the order would breach applicable law.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Wax Industries Ltd is not currently registered for VAT.

The total product price and delivery charge will be shown before payment.

You must provide accurate payment, billing and contact information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.

Delivery

Available delivery methods, charges and estimates are displayed at checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs processing, severe weather and incorrect address information, may cause delay.

Risk in the goods passes to a consumer when the goods are delivered to the consumer or a person identified by them to receive the goods.

International orders

Products may be subject to destination-country import requirements, taxes, duties, customs charges and restrictions.

Unless checkout expressly states that applicable duties and import taxes are included or collected, the customer is responsible for destination-country charges and complying with local import requirements.

Customs authorities may delay, inspect, refuse or return a shipment. We cannot guarantee customs clearance.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation, return and refund rights are described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights.

Product availability

Products and offers are subject to availability. We may introduce reasonable purchase limits and may withdraw or alter products prospectively.

Promotions

Promotional codes and offers are subject to any specific conditions displayed with them. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or combined.

Intellectual property

The store’s original text, branding, product names, photographs, graphics and other content belong to Wax Industries Ltd or are used with permission.

You may use the store for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You must not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, use it fraudulently or violate applicable law.

Third-party services

The store may use or link to services provided by Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers, Agentic Storefronts and other third parties.

Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We do not exclude rights or remedies provided by mandatory consumer law.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a person purchasing wholly or mainly for business purposes.

Changes

We may change these terms prospectively. The terms applying to an order are normally those published when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you retain mandatory protection provided by the law of your usual country of residence.

We aim to respond within one business day, Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays.
